The accommodation is fully furnished with central heating, and consists of a double/twin room with en-suite bath/shower room and adjoining small single bedroom, 3 other twin rooms, and a double/twin room with third bed, a bathroom and a shower room and two separate WCs. There is also a small 'through' bunk room.

The fully equipped kitchen has an aga and adjoining utility room, and is next to a large dining/reception area. The upstairs sitting room has an open log fireplace and Sky TV. There are gardens and plentiful parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Minimum stay is three nights with price from £180 per night.

It is self-catering, but the services of a local chef can be arranged. The Croft Inn is a 5 minute drive. The shop/postoffice in Tomnavoulin is 5 minutes drive, Ballindalloch 10 minutes drive, with Aberlour and Craigellachie 20 minutes drive. Elgin, which has a large range of supermarkets that will deliver, is 35 minutes drive.
